The registration fee for the participation at the 2014 International Workshop on Future Linear Colliders (LCWS14) that will be held from 6-10 October 2014 in Belgrade, Serbia, includes attendance to the scientific sessions, congress bag with documentation and presents, coffee breaks, admission to the exhibition and special sessions, conference proceedings (e-conf), welcome reception cocktail (included in accompanying person fee), conference banquet (included in accompanying person fee), reception at the City Hall of Belgrade (included in accompanying person fee). These services are not taxable.
The registration fee doesn’t include transfer, accommodation, touristic tours and other individual costs.
Once you have registered by paying online, you will receive confirmation of your registration automatically. If you are paying by bank transfer, once your payment registries, you will receive the confirmation on your e-mail.
