Complete the entire form using the tab key to move from line to line within the form. All fields are required, except for sightseeing tours below. Complete the Registration Form and submit it before receiving payment details. Registration is confirmed once the payment is confirmed by the organizing team.
You will also receive an automatically generated e-mail message confirming your application. Please do not reply to this e-mail. For any doubts contact the event organizer CRNS, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once this form is submitted, please do not resubmit another form with changes. Submit changes via e-mail to the event organizer CRNS, email@example.com.
Cancellation policy: Delegates cancelling before the 1st of September 2014 will receive a refund minus a 50 Euro administration fee. No refunds can be made for later cancellations.
